The LEV Tables offer large table area’s that accommodate a variety of different sized parts/equipment. These tables increase employee safety and comfort levels by removing pollutants at source. The Pre-engineered table draws polluted air away from operators breathing area and returns filtered air to the facility.
Tables come complete with a 12” table overhang that gives employees the option to stand or sit.
A variety of high efficiency filters are available depending on the contaminant you are dealing with.
An Excellent solution for airborne contaminants generated on or at the surface of a table and with very little directional velocity.

It features easy installation and comes ready to run. The workstation is available with a single work surface or with two work surfaces, one on each side.
The Hydrotron gets the dust immediately wetted, reducing the risk of fire in ductwork and meets OSHA and NFPA regulations for dust collectors located inside the building. The standard unit includes a fiberglass grated work surface, a Regain Air Curtain in front to prevent dust from escaping the work zone, and a clear inspection door.

The 'Sledgehammer' © series downdraft tables are designed to be a dual purpose Work station and Extraction solution.
These tables draw contaminants away from workers’ breathing zone without hindering movement. Additionally, they provide a the most durable ¼” steel plate work surface (36” X 24”) on the market. Hence the name “Sledgehammer” ©
The SLEDGEHAMMER is equipped with Jet-Pulse Cleaning that allows simple cleaning of the filter, which reduces filter costs dramatically*.
Applications Include filtering of contaminants from the following applications: welding, grinding, de-burring, plastics, composites, light gluing and painting, plasma cutting, sampling, batching, weighing, soldering, and finishing processes ( i.e. buffing and polishing).
All contaminated air is filtered and returned to the facility.
Please select filter options according to your application… when proper filters are selected, all ‘’Sledgehammer’’ © series downdraft tables comply to all Local and Federal clean air requirements.
Need a larger work surface? Quite often the area at which the fume or contaminant is generated is much smaller than the work table required… In these cases, either place the “sledgehammer” © series table in the middle of 2 or more work tables or bolt multiple downdraft tables together (Contact your distributor for quantity discounts).
* Some applications such as Vapour Absorbing Applications may require disposable filters and/or filtration media.
