At 37 lbs., these light weight units will go anywhere. Designed for use in confined spaces and areas where portability is a must. The one-man portable unit quickly removes harmful airborne smoke and particulate from the breathing and work zone through the 10' flexible hose and positioning arm with magnetic base. The large selection of filter combinations allow these units to effectively capture and remove airborne smoke, dust, fumes, grit or other contaminants from welding and other industrial processes.
Our 73-100G unit is designed for use with the smokeless welding torches and lighter duty applications for collection of dust and smoke at the source. Polluted air is drawn away and filtered through a 3-stage filtration system.
The 73-200G industry benchmark air cleaning unit collects dust and smoke at the source. Polluted air is drawn away and filtered through a 3-stage filtration system. The dual powered fan system assures consistent and effective performance. The side selection of filter combinations allow the unit to be used in a variety of applications.

Available in CFM Ratings from 250 to 1000 CFM and HP ranges from 7.5 to 100 HP. These Hi-VAC extraction systems are suitable for the conveying and filtration of hazardous dusts, combing both Pneumatic conveying and filtration required to return the air back into the facility.
All systems are set up to start and stop automatically when a technician puts the hose in and out of the inlet leaving little work required by the operator.
The LEV-CO Hi-Vac "Green Series" dust extraction system is an industrial-grade system with an induction motor and High Pressure fans (versus regenerative or multi-stage blower) designed to run all day, every day, with absolutely no maintenance or adverse wear and tear in the event of contaminant by-pass.
The "Self Cleaning" filters and optional final filter removes 99.97% of contaminants up to 0.3 micron and the automatic compressed air Pulse cleaning ensures long filter life with little or no maintenance.
In addition, our new design employs many new energy saving features such as:
Proportional energy use relative to the amount of flow/suction you are using – Energy used in proportion to the amount of operators using the system.
Variable acceleration time eliminates electrical spikes caused by inrush currents of up to 10 times the motor rating, this option is a proven cost saving feature.
The Frequent harsh "Stop-Start" nature of these systems is eliminated due to the controlled start-up time allowing for additional energy savings and longer motor life.

The VACUTRON offers effective performance and value by combining powerful suction, mobility, long filter life, and versatility. The unit features up to 200" (H20) suction pressure (air velocity through the 1 1/2 hose is approximately a "mile-a-minute"-- 5000 ft/min). The compressed air venturi has a precision variable control that allows each unit to be adjusted for maximum negative static pressure with the lease amount of compressed air. The push-button "power pulse" cleaning of the high quality, HEPA type filter provides long life and consistent high vacuum capability. The VACUTRON is fitted with a standard 55 gallon drum, which may be switched out for hazardous disposal.
